Upcoming Bowling Events

Roll up and Bowl – most Sundays at 11:00am

Sunday 22 September – Knutsford Open Competition.  This years pairs open was well attended with 32 registered pairs.  Unfortunately it did rain for most of the day but this did not dampen the enthusiasm and display of excellent bowling.  The day culminated in a final between Simon Cookson and Danny Niven VS Chris and Loui Ashton.  Simon and Danny were the eventual victors with a score of 21 – 16.  Well done to all entrants and thankyou for supporting our club events.

Saturday 28th September – Knutsford B vs Bebington friendly competition.  10:30 am until 4pm.  What a great day!  the rain stayed away and the sun even popped out for a while.  The bowling was excellent and delivered with enthusiasm and fun.  The final score was Bebington 284 to KBC 278.   Well done to Bebington and we look forward to a return match next year.

Sunday 29th September – Roll up and Bowl Novice Trophy match.  11:00am – 3:00pm.  The match was a handicapped knockout with 12 novice entrants.  The final was a well fought match between Jim Edwards and Eddie Smith and finished 15-10 to Eddie.   Congratulations to Eddie who will be first to have his name on the new trophy for 2024.  This will now be an annual event at the end of September each year.
